Tomato cream sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package (500 g) strained tomatoes
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 100 g Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • some stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Fry the diced onion in hot fat. Add cream and strained tomatoes and let it boil down thickly. Scald tomato, peel skin. Seed and dice the tomatoes.

    Cut salmon ham (without fat edge) into strips. Season sauce. Add tomato cubes. Pluck basil and cut into strips. Add to the sauce with the ham
