Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 4 Tomatoes (about 80 g each)
  • 50 g Pecorino cheese
  • 20 g fresh horseradish
  • 50 g Half-fat margarine
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 discs Sandwichtoast (à ca. 40 g)

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash it and cut it a little smaller. Wash tomatoes, remove stalk, cut tomatoes into slices. Slice cheese into shavings, grate horseradish finely and mix with margarine and cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Remove the crusts from the bread, if necessary, and roast the slices in a toaster until golden brown. Spread 4 slices with horseradish cream. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Place remaining slices of toast on top. Halve the sandwiches
