Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Meat Tomatoes
  • 4 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 1 (150 g) Mug Mini-Mozzarella-Balls
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Wash, clean and cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Peel and roughly dice the onions. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut cabanossi into thick slices. Drain mozzarella balls. Heat oil in a pan.

    Brown the sausage in it and take it out. Add tomatoes, onions and garlic to the frying fat and braise for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add cabanossi and mozzarella to the tomatoes. Garnish with oregano. Delicious with baguette bread
