  • 750 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS white balsamico or white wine vinegar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Wash the savory and tie up. Clean, wash and halve the beans. Cook everything in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain the beans well. Remove savory

    Meanwhile peel the onion and dice it roughly. Whip vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Add onion. Mix the marinade with the warm beans. Leave to soak for at least 2 hours

    Wash and coarsely dice the tomatoes. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Mix with the tomatoes and the beans. Season to taste
