Wash and halve the pear and remove the core. Cut the pear halves into slices. Heat half the butter in a large frying pan. Fry 2 slices of toast until crispy, remove. Heat the remaining butter in the pan, fry 2 more slices of toast until crispy, remove.
Spread each slice of toast with 1 tablespoon fig-mustard sauce. Cut cheese slices in half. Cover toast with 3 cheese slices and some pear. Add 1/2 tablespoon fig-mustard sauce to each slice. Sprinkle with pepper
