Toast with butter, cooked ham, Emmental and pineapple

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 4 discs Toast bread (approx. 25 g each)
  • 4 discs Emmental cheese
  • 4 discs Cooked ham
  • 4 discs Pineapple (à approx. 25 g; fresh or canned)

Directions

    Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan. Fry 2 slices of toast in it until crispy, remove. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan, fry 2 more slices of toast until crispy, remove.

    Spread each toast slice with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Cut cheese slices into 3 pieces each. Cover toasts with 1 slice of cooked ham, 3 slices of cheese and 1 slice of pineapple
