Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cut the sausage into slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausage for 8-10 minutes while turning. After 6 minutes add onions. Whisk the egg. Remove sausage and onions from the pan. Pour the egg into the frying fat and let it set while stirring gently.
Add rice and other ingredients and fry for another 3 minutes while turning. Season to taste with salt and Asian sauce.
