Spaghetti with garlic oil

Ingredients

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 can(s) Tuna fillets "natural" without oil (net content 115 g, cut-off weight 81 g)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON deep-frozen herb mixture "8 Herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the chilli and cut into fine rings.

    Drain the tuna in a sieve. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion. Add the chilli. Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain. Put the noodles in the hot oil, add herbs and mix.

    Season with salt and pepper. Tuna fish to pull up and mix in. Arrange in deep plates and garnish with chilli pepper.
