Mixed salad with gorgonzola, fried pear and bacon strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 small pears
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Shallot
  • 120 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 (150 g each) Bag of salad mix (Batavia, radicchio salad, parsley and chives)

Directions

    Wash and quarter the pears, remove the core. Cut quarters into thin slices. Cut bacon slices into quarters and fry them in a pan without fat for about 4 minutes while turning until crispy. Remove bacon and sauté pear slices in the bacon fat for about 2 minutes, turning.

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Add oil drop by drop to the vinaigrette. Peel the shallot, cut into fine cubes and stir into the vinaigrette

    Cut the cheese into small pieces. Wash salad, shake dry. Mix the prepared ingredients and serve. Bread tastes good with it
