  • 4 discs Toast
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 4 discs cooked ham
  • 4 discs Pineapple (canned)
  • 4 discs Scheibletten cheese (Chester)
  • 4 Cocktail cherries (from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Toast slices of toast in a toaster and spread with mayonnaise. Cover each toast slice with a slice of ham, pineapple and cheese. Briefly bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3). Garnish each slice of toast with a cocktail cherry and some parsley
