Toast 3 pizzas with pesto

Ingredients

  • 6 discs Toast
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 1 Tomato
  • 80 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 25 g green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato sauce (package)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cream cheese with herbs (52 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 disc (approx. 50 g) cooked ham
  • 30 g grated Comté cheese
  • 2 TEASPOONS Pesto
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • baking paper

Directions

    Toast bread. Heat the oil in a larger, coated pan. Leave the bacon in it until crispy. Meanwhile wash, clean and slice the tomato. Cut mozzarella into slices.

    Halve the olives. Take out the bacon and let it drip off. Put eggs in the pan and let them fry carefully, seasoning with salt and pepper. Halve the ham. Spread 4 slices of bread with tomato sauce and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Cover two slices with tomatoes and mozzarella. Cover 2 slices with fried egg and bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Spread the uncoated slices with cream cheese, cover with ham and olives.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 5-10 minutes. Remove the pizzas. Drizzle mozzarella toasts with pesto and sprinkle fried egg toast with parsley.
