Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 125 g Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 175 g Salad cream (40 % fat)
  • 100 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 10 Tomatoes (1-1,1 kg)
  • 1 small freezer bag
  • 7-10 Tbsp curly parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Cut sausage and gherkins into fine strips. Mix 150 g salad cream, yoghurt and approx. 4 tablespoons cucumber water. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the sausage and gherkin strips with the sauce. Season to taste again if necessary. Wash the tomatoes and dab them dry. Cut off a lid from each tomato and hollow out the tomatoes.

  2. 2

Distribute the sausage into the tomatoes and put the lids back on. For the spots, put the remaining salad cream in the freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Decorate the tomato lids with small dots like toadstools. Arrange on a plate and garnish with curly parsley. Keep cool until serving. Makes 10 toadstools
