Wash the grapes and tomatoes, dab dry. Drain olives, silverskin onions, corn onions, cucumbers, cherries and mandarins. Cut cucumbers into thick slices, cut the corn onions in half. Wash parsley, dab off
Cut Gouda into 60-70 cubes. Put the prepared ingredients on skewers in alternating colours and prick them into the cabbage. Keep cool until serving
