Ingredients

  • 1 small white cabbage approx. 250 g grapes (e.g. green and blue)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS paprika-filled olives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Silver onions (glass)
  • 5 Corn veal (glass)
  • 1-2 Gherkins (glass)
  • 8 Cocktail cherries (glass)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Tangerine slices (canned)
  • 1/2 bunch curly parsley
  • 600 g medieval Gouda
  • 60-70 colorful cocktail sticks
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Clean the cabbage, cut the stalk straight so that the cabbage stands. Wrap the cabbage in aluminium foil and put it on a plate

    Wash the grapes and tomatoes, dab dry. Drain olives, silverskin onions, corn onions, cucumbers, cherries and mandarins. Cut cucumbers into thick slices, cut the corn onions in half. Wash parsley, dab off

    Cut Gouda into 60-70 cubes. Put the prepared ingredients on skewers in alternating colours and prick them into the cabbage. Keep cool until serving
