Three sauces for cake: Toffee sauce

Ingredients

  • 125 g Sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 35 g Butter
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Sea salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Caramelise the sugar in a pot until golden brown. Add cream, butter, salt and vanillin sugar. Simmer caramel over low heat while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Set the sauce aside and let it cool down

    Pour the sauce into bottles and serve, for example, with sponge cake or muffins
