Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 200 g Semolina
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 pieces of lemon peel
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cane sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 kg Rhubarb
  • 50 g sugar or honey
  • 1 washer Lemon
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp blue food colouring

Directions

  1. 1

Bring the milk with sugar, salt and lemon peel to the boil and add the semolina, stirring continuously. Simmer briefly (stir), remove from the heat and let it cool down and swell.

  2. 2

Clean and chop the rhubarb well. Put it in a small pot, dust with the sugar, add lemon and heat it until it frizzles lightly. Then add the apple juice and let it simmer for about 10 minutes (stir and season to taste, if it is too sour add some sugar).

  3. 3

At the very end she adds the food colouring to make the lake really, really disgusting blue-green.

  4. 4

Now put semolina in a small round bowl, put it on a plate and decorate your monster with two small slices of banana and a chocolate drop each - it needs eyes, too. For the hair I used chocolate spelt crunchies.

  5. 5

All around the monster, the rhubarb lake is now distributed and the monster in Loch Rhabarberus is ready.
