Ingredients

  • 200 gr ladyfingers ( crumbled )
  • 150 gr margarine
  • 1 pck QimiQ
  • 200 gr cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON peach - passion fruit - paste
  • 1 TEASPOON Vanilla Paste
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 Splash of lemon juice
  • 1 The peaches, diced

Directions

    For the floor: Put the ladyfingers in a freezer bag, make them with a bag clip and crumble them with a chop beater or rolling pin. Mix the sponge crumbs well with the soft margarine.

    Place a cake ring on a plate and spread the sponge-margarine mixture in it and press it down firmly.

    For the cream: Whip the cream until stiff. Whisk QimiQ into a bowl until completely smooth. Add the cream cheese, passion fruit and vanilla paste, lemon juice and mix well First add the diced peaches and then the whipped cream to the mixture

    Pour the mixture onto the base and smooth it down. Let it set in the fridge. Who likes to decorate the cake with cream patches and chocolate decorations.
