Ingredients

  • 1/4 cube (about 10 g) Yeast
  • 200 g Wheat wholemeal flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried oregano
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 (80 g each) Onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 250 g strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 1/2 (approx. 100 g ) Sweet pepper
  • 50 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 30 g black olives
  • 75 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    For the dough, dissolve yeast in 180 ml lukewarm water. Mix flour, 2 teaspoons of salt and oregano. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer, letting the yeast water run in. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. In the meantime peel garlic and cut into slices.

    Peel the onions, 1 in columns, the other in large cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pot. Fry the onion cubes for about 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and garlic, fry briefly and deglaze with strained tomatoes. Let simmer for about 2 minutes, season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Puree with a chopping stick. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Steam in a pot with little water for about 5 minutes until al dente. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Cut turkey breast into thin strips. Roll out the dough round (22 - 24 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Spread the pizza with tomato sauce, spread onion slices, strips of pepper, olives and broccoli on top.

    Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Steam in a pot with little water for about 5 minutes until al dente. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Cut turkey breast into thin strips. Roll out the dough round (22 - 24 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Spread the pizza with tomato sauce, spread onion slices, strips of pepper, olives and broccoli on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes on the bottom shelf. Remove, cover with turkey breast slices and garnish with basil
