  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 300 ml Orange juice
  • 300 ml Pineapple juice
  • 100 ml Tequila
  • 300 ml Prosecco
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange peel

Directions

    For the sugar rim, dissolve white sugar in 4 tablespoons of water. Place glasses one after the other with the rim in the sugar solution, drain briefly and place glasses with moistened rim one after the other in brown sugar.

    For the cocktail mix chilled juices, tequila and prosecco. Add ice cubes to taste. Arrange the cocktail in prepared glasses. Decorate with orange peel.
