Tarte flambée with goat cheese and dates

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (260 g) fresh tarte flambée dough (approx. 40 x 24 cm; refrigerated shelf)
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 1⁄2 Rolls of soft goat cheese (300 g)
  • 80 g dried dates (pitted)
  • 200 g Fresh cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pine nuts
  • baking paper

Directions

    Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer).

    Wash thyme and shake dry, remove leaves. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Roughly chop dates. Mix crème fraîche and honey, season with salt and pepper.

    Unroll the dough and place it on a baking tray with the baking paper. Spread with honey cream and cover with goat cheese. Sprinkle dates, pine nuts and thyme on top. Bake in a hot oven for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
