Pizza with Black Forest Ham and Raclette Cheese

  • 1 Roll (400 g) tin pizza dough (from the refrigerated shelf)
  • 150 g Raclette cheese (piece)
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 300 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g Black Forest Ham in thin slices

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4). Unroll the dough together with the paper on a baking tray.

    Grate cheese. Wash marjoram, shake dry and chop. Stir both into the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on the pizza.

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut into thin rings and sprinkle on the pizza. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. After baking
