Tarragon-raspberry vinegar

Ingredients

  • 3 Stem(s) Tarragon
  • 120 g Raspberries
  • 2 Chives with blossom
  • 200 ml Fruit vinegar
  • 250 ml white balsamic vinegar

Directions

    Pluck tarragon a little smaller. Sort raspberries. Pluck a chive blossom. Pour prepared ingredients into a carefully cleaned bottle.

    Add the rest of the chive blossom on the stem. First pour in fruit vinegar, then white balsamic vinegar. Leave to stand for approx. 1 week in a well-sealed bottle. Then pour through a fine cloth and fill up again and close
