Tagliatelle in Broccoli-Rahm

Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Flour
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 150 g cooked ham in thin slices

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Steam in 1/4 l boiling water with broth for 6-8 minutes. Peel and chop the onion

    Drain the broccoli and collect the vegetable stock. Heat the fat. Sauté onion in it. Sprinkle with flour and sweat. Boil up with vegetable stock, milk and cream while stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with oregano, salt and pepper

    Meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Wash and chop the parsley. Heat broccoli in the sauce. Drain noodles and mix with the sauce. Arrange ham on top. Sprinkle with parsley
