Heat the fat in a frying pan. Add breadcrumbs and roast for about 2 minutes, remove. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cut ham into strips. Wash meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes. Add ham and fry for about 2 minutes. Drain the noodles, collecting 150 ml of noodle water, put the noodles back into the pan. Deglaze meat with the pasta water and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Cut cheese into thin strips. Mix pasta, meat and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange noodles and sprinkle with roasted breadcrumbs
