  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 tortillas de maïs
  • 3 avocats
  • 3 citrons verts
  • 2 tomates
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 tsp coriander seeds (crushed)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 lettuce heart
  • 1 yaourt nature (type velouté)
  • 3 gousses d'ail
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp huile
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel

Directions

    1 Peel and chop the onion, chop 2 cloves of garlic. Brown them in an oiled frying pan, add the minced beef and the spices. Mix and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Salt and pepper with Tabasco.

    2 Peel and chop the remaining garlic. Open and stone the avocados, remove the flesh. Mash it with a fork. Add the garlic, lemon juice, yoghurt and a few drops of Tabasco. Wash, dry and slice the salad. Dice the tomatoes

    3 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). Put the tortillas in the oven and cook them for 3 minutes. Divide the meat mixture, salad, avocado sauce and diced tomatoes in the centre. Fold the tacos in half and serve.
