Peel and chop the onion. Drain sauerkraut well and chop smaller. Fry both in hot oil for about 5 minutes, season with pepper. Cut Kabanossi into slices. Remove the rind from the raclette cheese and cut into pieces.
Spread the cabbage, sausage, pepper cheese and raclette cheese in the pans. Bake for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sweet paprika and chives.
