Dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ham for approx. 4 minutes, turning it over. Finely grind the mozzarella. Chop parmesan cheese into shavings
Clean, wash and shake the salad dry, cut in half lengthwise and cut into strips. Peel onion and cut into strips. Mix the dressing and half the parmesan
Mix salad, mozzarella and ham, arrange and sprinkle with dressing. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese to taste
