Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1/2 TEASPOON pink berries
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 200 g clotted cream
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Lightly crush pink berries in a mortar. Wash the chives, shake them dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix sour cream with cream and lemon juice. Stir in pink berries and chives.

    Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
