Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 package (400 g) finished cheese fondue
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 2 Pretzel Bars
  • 10 wafer-thin slices of salami and Bündner Fleisch
  • 4 Cornichons

Directions

    Peel and halve the garlic and rub it into a pot. Prepare cheese fondue in the pot according to the instructions on the packet. Stir in wine bit by bit. Season with pepper if necessary. Cut pretzel sticks into bite-sized pieces.

    Serve the cheese fondue immediately with salami, Bündner meat, gherkins and pretzel sticks.
