Beat the fat, 150 g sugar, vanillin sugar and the eggs until creamy. Stir in the sour cream. Sift over the flour and mix well. Grease a waffle iron and bake 6 large heart waffles one after the other.
Place the egg whites and lemon juice in a high mixing bowl and beat until stiff. Gradually add the remaining sugar. Pour the egg white mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt onto a wafer meringue dab
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 1) for approx. 30 minutes. In the meantime, spread the remaining waffles with the jam and place on top of each other. Finally, place the waffle with the meringue cap on top.
Results in 8-10 pieces.
