Mix flour and baking powder. Knead with sugar, vanillin sugar, egg and butter in pieces until smooth. Cover and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out dough on some flour 3-4 mm thin and cut out about 30 angels. Place on 2-3 baking trays lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool down. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice. Decorate angel with icing and pearls
