Sweet pepper and mushroom cut-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 Sweet pepper (e.g. green)
  • 100 g small mushrooms
  • 40 g Parboiled Reis
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Ajvar or ketchup (preparation of paprika)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 2 TEASPOONS Light cream

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Mushrooms clean, wash, halve large ones

    Put the rice in approx. 1/8 l boiling salted water, cover and cook over a low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Rinse meat, dab dry and cut into cubes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Brown the meat in it. Add onion, paprika and mushrooms. Fry everything for about 3 minutes. Stir in Ajvar, 5 tablespoons of water and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes

    Remove the pan from the stove. Stir in crème légère. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and serve with the rice
