Camembert pasta with chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast fillets (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2 stem(s) Rosemary
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (500 g) ribbon noodles
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 250 g ripened cream
  • 2 (100 g each) Organic Camembert

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into slices. Wash rosemary, shake dry, remove needles and chop finely. Mix honey, olive oil and rosemary, season with salt and pepper and mix with the meat.

    Marinate for about 15 minutes. Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

    Clean and trim the mushrooms. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Heat a pan without fat, fry the meat in it at medium heat while turning for about 5 minutes, add the mushrooms and spring onions and continue frying for about 2 minutes.

    Deglaze with sour cream and 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water and season again with salt and pepper.

    Put the cheese in a microwaveable bowl and heat it covered in the microwave at 600 watts for about 3 minutes. Mix pasta and meat mixture and arrange on plates. Remove cheese from the microwave and spread over the pasta.
