Sweet milk noodles with apricots

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Vanilla pod (substitute 3-4 drops of vanilla flavour)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Flaked hazelnuts or almonds
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 75 ml Apricot juice + 8 apricot halves (tin)
  • 40 g ribbon noodles
  • 50 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with a knife. Roast the nuts in a pot without fat until golden brown. Remove

    Bring milk, juice, vanilla pod and vanilla pulp to the boil in the pot. Cover the pasta and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes, stirring several times. Let it cool down a little and remove the vanilla pod

    Halve the apricots or cut them into slices. Stir yoghurt and cinnamon into the noodles. Serve with the apricots. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Decorate with lemon balm if desired.
