Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash spring onions and cut them into rings. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Drain gherkins and cut into slices. Drain, rinse and peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Season vinegar with salt and pepper. Whip 1 tablespoon of oil and broth into it.
Pour vinaigrette over the potatoes. Fold in spring onions, tomatoes and gherkins. Let the potato salad steep for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages for about 8 minutes on both sides. Season the potato salad again and arrange it on a plate with the sausages. Mustard tastes good with it
