Turkey schnitzel in sesame skin with lamb's lettuce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 300 g Turnip
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 60 g Sesame seed
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 (150 g each) Turkey escalope

Directions

    Wash and clean the salad and drain well. Peel, wash and cut the turnip into thin slices. Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper and honey, stir in 4 tbsp. oil in a thin stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Mix sesame and breadcrumbs in a deep plate. Whisk eggs in another deep plate, season with salt and pepper. Wash the schnitzel, dab dry and cut in half. First turn in egg, then in the sesame mixture

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, fry the turnips in it, season with salt and pepper, remove. Heat another 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Fry the escalopes for 3-4 minutes on each side. Mix salad with fried turnips and vinaigrette. Serve the schnitzel with the salad
