  • 1 glass (720 ml) Cherries
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla
  • 75 g butter/margarine
  • 125 g + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 2 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 12 (approx. 100 g) Cannelloni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon and flaked almonds

Directions

    Drain the cherries, collect the juice. Mix 4 tablespoons of juice and sauce powder. Bring the rest of the juice to the boil and thicken with the sauce powder. Fold in cherries

    Cream fat, 125 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix with quark, mascarpone, pudding powder, chopped almonds and lemon juice until creamy

    Fill 1/4 each of the quark and cherries into a greased casserole dish. Fill about half of the remaining quark into the noodles. Put the noodles into the baking dish. Cover with the remaining quark and 1/4 cherries

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. After about 20 minutes, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and flaked almonds. Add the remaining cherries
