Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into sticks. Clean and wash the white cabbage and cut into fine strips. Wash cucumber lengthwise, cut in half and cut into slices. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté vegetables in it. Add vinegar and 100 ml water and bring to the boil.
Peel ginger, grate finely and add to the vegetables with the turmeric. Add chillies and sugar. Season with salt. Let everything boil down at low heat for 5-8 minutes. Remove the chillies. Arrange vegetables on a plate
