Sweet and sour turkey goulash

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) orange or yellow pepper
  • 3 Gherkins (approx. 35 g each)
  • 1/2 (approx.100 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 300 g Turkey filet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 Bag "Fix for pot roast"
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp some flat parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Cut cucumbers into slices. Peel onion and cut into strips.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it at medium heat until golden brown all around. Remove from the pan. Steam the bell peppers, cucumber and onion in the frying fat for about 3 minutes.

    Deglaze with 1/2 litre water, bring to the boil and stir in Fix for braised beef. Add meat and cook for about 2 minutes at low heat. Season to taste with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Wash parsley, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Quench the pasta and let it drain. Add parsley and mix in. Arrange noodles and turkey goulash on plates and serve garnished with parsley as desired.
