Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Tomatoes (e.g. curly)
  • 3 Nectarines (about 400 g)
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 collar Arugula
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 70 g Parma ham in thin slices
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Baguette bread (approx. 200 g)

    Wash the tomatoes and nectarines. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the nectarines into slices. Wash lettuce and basil, spin dry. Cut romaine lettuce into strips. Pluck basil leaves from the stems, cut mozzarella into pieces and arrange everything on a large plate. Pluck the ham and spread on top.

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad. Add the baguette.
