Hard boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, peel and cut into slices. Clean and wash the mangetouts. Put them into boiling salted water. Flavour with sugar. Blanch for about 3 minutes, then drain.
Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Rinse and drain the corn. For the vinaigrette, peel and chop the onion. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Add oil. Arrange slices of egg, snow peas, tomatoes and corn on plates. Garnish with fresh herbs. Spread vinaigrette on top.
