Cream eggs, 300 g sugar and vanillin sugar. Mix flour and baking powder. Alternately stir in the buttermilk. Line the fat pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm) with baking paper.
Fill the dough on top and smooth it down. Sprinkle with 100 g sugar and flaked almonds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 20-25 minutes. Remove the cake and make holes evenly with a shish kebab skewer.
Drizzle cream over it.
