  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • 8 medium-sized tomatoes (approx. 65 g each)
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 100 g medieval Gouda
  • 7-10 Tbsp some flat parsley

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Press garlic through a garlic press. Heat the oil, fry the onion and minced meat for about 3 minutes over high heat while turning. Add garlic. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Fry for another 5 minutes.

    Clean and wash the tomatoes, cut off a lid and hollow out the tomatoes. Put them in an ovenproof dish. Bring 1/2 litre of water to the boil, stir in vegetable stock, tomato interior and tomato paste. Fill tomatoes with minced meat and add stock. Grate cheese over the stuffed tomatoes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker 200 ° C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with some parsley as desired
