Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 medium-sized kiwis
  • 1/4 (approx. 250 g) Pineapple
  • 2 ripe papayas (about 350 g each)
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Physalis to decorate

Directions

  1. 1

Peel the oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins, collecting the juice. Squeeze the parting skins.

  2. 2

Peel the kiwis, halve them lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into small pieces.

  3. 3

Cut the papayas in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Carefully remove the flesh from the skin with a tablespoon. Leave a rim of about 1/2 cm all around. Dice the flesh. Put the papaya shells aside.

  4. 4

Peel and finely grate or chop the ginger. Mix with honey and orange juice. Peel and slice bananas. Mix the prepared fruits with the marinade and arrange in the papaya peels.

  5. 5

Decorate with physalis. The rest of the fruit salad is extra.
