  • 200 g small mushrooms
  • 75 g Rocket
  • 100 g pickled red pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Camembert 125 g ?

Directions

    Clean the mushrooms and carefully break out the stems. Wash rocket, shake dry. Finely chop pepper, mushroom stems and rocket. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the mushroom heads. Cut cheese into cubes

    Cover the pans and bake for approx. 10 minutes
