Stuffed minute steaks with ham & spicy cream

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 6 Minute steaks (approx. 60 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons (15 g each) Spread with paprika and pepperoni (e.g. brunch)
  • 3 discs cooked ham (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS oil, 1/8 l milk
  • 1 Bag of mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 TEASPOON clear soup
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Roast the almonds, take them out. Season steaks. Spread 3 steaks with 1 tbsp. bread spread each, cover with 1 slice of ham each

    Place 1 steak on each side, pin it down and fry in hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Meanwhile bring 100 ml salted water to the boil. Cover the broccoli and steam for about 5 minutes.

    Bring 3/8 l water and about 1/2 teaspoon salt to the boil. Remove from heat and add cold milk. Stir in puree powder. Let it swell for 1 minute, then stir and season to taste

    Drain the broccoli. Remove steaks from the pan. Add 1/8 l water to the meat. Stir in broth, season to taste. Arrange everything, sprinkle with almonds
