Ingredients

  • 50 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 80 g Chicken filet
  • 10 g raw ham
  • 1-2 Sage leaves
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Wash the fillet, dab dry and cut in. Fill with ham and sage, season. Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes and remove

    Deglaze the roast with 5 tablespoons of water, stir in sour cream and season to taste. Drain the noodles. Serve with chicken and salad leaves
