Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • some stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 1 package (200 g) granular cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 2 large chicory flasks (approx. 200 g each)

Directions

    Peel the mango. Cut the flesh from the stone and dice. Cut lemon balm leaves into strips. Mix cheese, mango and balm.

    Season with lemon juice and pepper. Clean, wash and halve the chicory. Cut out the bitter stalk. Fill the chicory halves with the mango cheese
