Cucumber salad with dill sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 8 Lettuce leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and dill flags

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the dill and chop as well. Season yoghurt with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Stir in onions and dill. Wash the salad leaves and divide into small plates. Arrange cucumbers and dill sauce on top. Serve garnished with lemon and dill
