Clean, wash and drain the salad and cut into thin strips. Peel oranges so that the outer white skin is completely removed. Cut out fillets along the inner thin skins.
Squeeze the rest of the fruit. Collect the juice. Clean, wash and halve the strawberries. Cut cheese into small pieces. Mix the prepared ingredients carefully. Arrange the smoked pork loin on top. For the sauce, mix yoghurt, sour cream, 5 tablespoons of pressed orange juice and pickled pepper.
Season with salt, orange pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
