Strawberry dessert with vanilla ice cream

  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 4 (70 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Biscuits and mint leaves

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix with sugar and liqueur and let it stand for at least 30 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff and put it into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Arrange the strawberries on 4 plates.

    Serve with 1 scoop of ice cream and cream tuffs. Serve decorated with biscuits and mint leaves.
